The company's pipeline ball valves mainly include three series: forged steel three-piece trunnion ball valve, cast steel three-piece trunnion ball valve and fully welded trunnion ball valve; size range: 2 inches to 56 inches (DN50~1400); pressure range: 150Lb~ 2500Lb (PN16~420); materials include carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, two-way stainless steel, and special alloys such as Monel alloy, nickel-based alloy, titanium alloy; drive methods include manual, worm gear transmission, pneumatic, electric, gas-hydraulic linkage, electro-hydraulic linkage, etc.

We have advanced inspection and testing equipment to control the quality of the valve in the whole process from rough material to finished product. The inspection methods include: non-destructive testing, spectral analysis, impact test, tensile test, hardness test, low temperature and high temperature test; our quality assurance goal is to pursue zero defect of the pipeline ball valves.
